We want you to love your ChloBo jewellery, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all pieces are returned in their original packaging and unworn condition to qualify for processing.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place your jewellery in its original ChloBo pouch and box, ensuring it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been fully processed.
