ChloBo jewelry is handcrafted using high-quality 925 sterling silver, 18ct gold plating, and rose gold plating. Many of our pieces also feature genuine semi-precious stones and are AnchorCert protected for those with sensitive skin.
How long does shipping take within the UK?
We offer several shipping options, including Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) and Next Day Delivery for orders placed before 1pm Monday through Thursday.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are unworn, in their original packaging, and the security tag remains intact. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Does ChloBo jewelry come with a warranty?
Yes, all ChloBo items come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing faults but does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, or tarnishing.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend avoiding contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewelry in its original pouch and gently clean it with a soft polishing cloth.
